SalgeMag is committed to providing excellent service to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Below is our refund policy:
SalgeMag maintains a strict no-refund policy once services have been provided. Once the service has been rendered, refunds will not be issued unless exceptional circumstances warrant it, and such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of prepaid services that have not yet been rendered, refunds may be issued upon request. However, such requests are subject to review and approval by SalgeMag. If a customer wishes to request a refund for prepaid services, they must submit their request in writing to sales@salemag.net.
To be eligible for a refund for prepaid services, the request must be made before the service has been provided. Refunds will not be issued once the service has been initiated.
All refund requests will be reviewed by SalgeMag. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances of each case.
Customers must communicate any refund requests to SalgeMag within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the request being denied.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency and method of payment used for the original transaction.
