- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overload the platform.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
SaleMag offers subscription-based services with recurring payments. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are due on the subscription date and will be charged to your selected payment method.
- Billing Cycle: Our subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You can choose the billing cycle that suits you best during registration.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods specified on the platform.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. If you cancel, you will still have access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
5. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions. Termination may occur without notice, and you will be charged for any outstanding balances at the time of termination.
6. Limitations of Liability
SaleMag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service within the past 12 months.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of SaleMag constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
