Thank you for choosing SalgeMag for your services. Our payment policy is designed to ensure a seamless transaction process that benefits all parties involved.
SalgeMag accepts payments through various convenient methods such as:
Payment is expected immediately upon receiving the invoice unless there’s a prior written agreement.
Invoices will specify the amount due and the deadline for payment.
For digital marketing services, 100% advance payment is required. Additionally, clients are responsible for covering the costs of ads.
We do not accept late payments.
A 50% advance payment is required before work commences.
The remaining 50% of the work will be completed after the payment of 50% of the total due amount.
SalgeMag maintains a strict no-refund policy once services have been provided.
In the case of prepaid services that have not yet been rendered, refunds may be issued upon request, subject to review and approval.
Any disputes regarding payments should be communicated to SalgeMag within 3 banking days of receiving the invoice.
Both parties agree to work together to find a fair solution with honesty and goodwill.
All transactions will be conducted in USD and BDT.
