Social Media Planner with AI Posts and Scheduling

Plan and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube from one calendar. Let AI write captions or plan a week of posts for you.

Social Media Planner with AI Posts and Scheduling

For an F-commerce brand, the Facebook page is the shop window, and an empty week on the page means fewer messages in the inbox. But posting every day across Facebook, Instagram and maybe LinkedIn or TikTok, with the right size and length for each, is a job of its own, usually squeezed in at midnight.

SaleMag's social planner lets you plan the week in one sitting and lets the scheduler post it on time.

Which networks does the planner support?

Network What you can publish
Facebook Page Text with an optional link, one image, or several images in one post
Instagram One image with a caption
LinkedIn Text posts on your personal profile
X (Twitter) Text posts, up to 280 characters
TikTok One video, uploaded as private
YouTube One video, uploaded as private

Connect accounts with OAuth or by pasting an access token. A background job checks access tokens every 15 minutes and refreshes them when needed, and refreshes again at publish time for X, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.

How does the composer help?

  • Write once, post to many: pick several accounts for the same post.
  • Character limits: the composer enforces the smallest limit among the accounts you selected, for example 280 if X is included, 2,200 for Instagram and TikTok, 3,000 for LinkedIn.
  • Media checks: YouTube and TikTok need a video first, Instagram needs an image. The composer warns you, and the check runs again before saving or scheduling.
  • Live previews: see how the post will look on each of the six networks before it goes out.
  • Media: upload files or use media URLs.

How does AI help with social posts?

Two tools run on your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini):

  1. AI generate: describe the post and choose a network; the AI writes the text in the right style and length for it.
  2. AI planner: give a topic, a goal, a start and end date, your timezone and a tone (professional, casual, humorous, inspirational or educational). The AI drafts 3 to 14 posts, 7 by default, each with a title, body, suggested time, the reason for that post, and copy variants per network. Create them all at once and edit before they go out.

For example: "Eid collection, goal: messages to our WhatsApp, 1 to 7 April, Asia/Dhaka, friendly". The AI does not create images; add your own product photos.

How does scheduling work?

Each post stores its scheduled time and timezone, so "8 pm Dhaka time" stays 8 pm even when your team travels. A scheduler checks every minute and publishes what is due. Posts move through draft, scheduled, publishing, published and failed. You can cancel a scheduled post back to draft, publish it now, edit it, or delete it.

What happens if a post fails?

Publishing is tracked per account. Each attempt is retried up to three times with increasing delays. If the Facebook post succeeds and the LinkedIn one fails, the post is still published on Facebook, the LinkedIn error is saved, and a retry only goes to LinkedIn. Posts stuck in publishing for 30 minutes are queued again automatically.

How do I see the plan?

The content calendar shows a month at a time, with posts grouped by day in your timezone. Filter by status, network or account to spot gaps. The social report shows posts created, published, scheduled and failed, posts by network and by status, and the 20 latest posts. It does not pull likes, reach or comments from the networks.

Who is it for?

F-commerce shops and small brands that run their Facebook page and Instagram themselves, and want posting, WhatsApp broadcasts and the shared inbox in one place. See F-commerce and pricing for social account and post limits.

Frequently asked questions

Which social networks can I post to?

Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok and YouTube. Accounts connect with OAuth or a pasted access token.

Can AI write my social media posts?

Yes. AI generate writes a post from your prompt, tuned to the network you choose. The AI planner takes a topic, goal, date range, timezone and tone and drafts 3 to 14 posts with suggested times and per-network variants. It uses your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini key.

Can I schedule Instagram posts?

Yes, single-image Instagram posts can be published now or scheduled. Carousels, Reels and Stories are not supported.

Do TikTok and YouTube videos go public automatically?

No. Videos are uploaded as private on TikTok and YouTube, and you make them public in those apps when you are ready.

Does the planner show likes and reach?

No. The social report counts posts created, published, scheduled and failed by network and status. Engagement numbers stay in each network's own insights.

Can I post in Bangla?

Yes. Write your post in Bangla, or ask the AI for Bangla text in the prompt. Check the live preview before publishing.
