Facts checked October 24, 2026
AiSensy is one of India's largest WhatsApp marketing platforms. It is an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider and says it serves 210,000 businesses in 68 countries. SaleMag is a chat-commerce platform built in Dhaka for sellers in Bangladesh. Both use Meta's official WhatsApp API.
Every AiSensy fact on this page comes from AiSensy's own website and rate sheet, checked on 24 October 2026. Where AiSensy is the better fit, we say so.
What is the main difference between SaleMag and AiSensy?
AiSensy is a WhatsApp marketing tool: broadcasts, retargeting, Click-to-WhatsApp ads and a Shopify integration, with chatbots and AI sold as add-ons. SaleMag is an all-channel sales inbox with the AI chatbot built in, made for how Bangladeshi shops sell on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
| SaleMag | AiSensy | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | F-commerce shops and service businesses in Bangladesh | WhatsApp broadcasts and ads, mainly for Indian brands |
| Strongest feature | AI order taking in Bangla and Banglish | WhatsApp campaigns and Click-to-WhatsApp ads |
| Chatbots and AI | Part of the plans | Paid add-ons |
How much does AiSensy cost compared to SaleMag?
On 24 October 2026, AiSensy's USD pricing page showed:
| AiSensy plan | Monthly price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Free Forever | $0 | API, templates and live chat; broadcasting needs a paid plan |
| Basic | $45 | 1 owner and 5 agents |
| Pro | $99 | Adds campaign scheduler and click tracking |
| Premium | $299 | 1 owner and 9 agents; 1 webhook |
| Unlimited | $899 | Up to 200 agents |
Add-ons are charged on top of any plan:
| AiSensy add-on | Monthly price |
|---|---|
| Chatbot Flows (5 drag-and-drop chatbots, cart and catalog) | $80 |
| AI Chat Agent (1,000 AI messages) | $50 |
| Extra team member | $20 per seat |
Quarterly billing saves 5% and yearly billing saves 10%. All billing is prepaid, and AiSensy's refund policy says plan charges and message credits are non-refundable. AiSensy also publishes INR prices for India; there is no BDT pricing.
So an AiSensy Basic plan with chatbot flows and the AI agent comes to $175 a month before message fees. SaleMag's plans include the chatbot builder and AI chatbot, with usage limits that vary by plan; see the pricing page. In SaleMag you pay your AI provider directly for AI usage.
What does AiSensy charge per WhatsApp message in Bangladesh?
AiSensy publishes a country rate sheet effective 1 October 2026, the day Meta made Bangladesh its own pricing market.
| Bangladesh, per message (USD) | AiSensy rate sheet | Meta list rate |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing | $0.088 | $0.0732 |
| Utility, authentication, service | $0.004 | $0.0037 |
AiSensy's FAQ describes these credits as charged by Meta. Meta's own rates are on its pricing page. In SaleMag, Meta bills message fees to your own WhatsApp Business Account. Our WhatsApp pricing guide explains how the categories work, including the 1,000 free service replies per number each month.
Does AiSensy's AI reply in Bangla?
No. AiSensy's AI agent page says the agent currently responds in English only, and that full multi-language support is coming soon. AiSensy has a Bangla version of its homepage, but that is marketing copy, not the AI.
For Bangladeshi shops this is the biggest gap. Customers write "dam koto?", "XL ache?" or full Bangla sentences, and expect a reply in the same style. SaleMag's AI chatbot runs on your own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key, learns from your products, FAQs, files and web pages, and replies in the customer's own language, in Bangla script, Banglish or English. When it is unsure it hands the chat to your team. Our post on Banglish chatbot replies shows how to test this.
Which is better for cash-on-delivery orders?
AiSensy's COD feature runs through Shopify: a flow that verifies COD orders on WhatsApp, reduces returns and encourages customers to switch to prepaid. Cart management and catalog sharing are part of the Chatbot Flows add-on.
SaleMag takes COD orders in the chat itself, with or without a website. Its AI order taking checks your catalog for price, stock and options, builds the cart, and sends a WhatsApp order form where the customer picks Inside or Outside Dhaka and sees the delivery fee and total. The server works out the total, so the AI never quotes a wrong price. Messenger, Instagram and Telegram customers get the same form as a secure link.
Neither has bKash or Nagad payments, and SaleMag does not book couriers.
