SaleMag's AI email writer drafts a subject line and an HTML body from a short description and a tone you choose. Type what the email is about, for example "Eid collection launch, free delivery inside Dhaka this week", and pick a tone: professional, friendly, urgent or informative. Keep editing the draft in the visual or HTML tab. A separate Improve subject button suggests three alternatives under 60 characters.
The writer runs on your workspace's own AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini), the same key that powers the AI chatbot.
Which email service does SaleMag send through?
SaleMag sends email campaigns through your own SMTP server, so any provider with SMTP access works. You enter host, port, username, password, encryption and the from name and address, and send a test email from settings. Each campaign can set its own from name, from address and reply-to.
Sending is paced in batches of 1,000 recipients, with automatic retries for unexpected errors.

What doesn't SaleMag's email do?
SaleMag does not host a sending service or verify your domain's SPF and DKIM records; set those up with your SMTP provider. Bounces are not processed automatically, incoming email does not reach the shared inbox, and there is no A/B testing yet.
